What forms of payment do you accept?
     Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards for all orders.
     We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

When you place an order with VickyGo.com you are emailed a confirmation of your order.  Once your order is
shipped, you’ll receive an email with the UPS tracking information for your order’s shipment (we currently ship
Monday through Saturday only).

Can I cancel my order?
    
After your order is put into our system, we do not have a way to cancel it.  Our customers appreciate our fast
     shipping and delivery.  In order to 
continue with our consistent fast shipping and delivery in a timely manner
     we apologize that we cannot remove orders from our system.

     If you receive an order that you would have preferred to cancel, you may return the item to us free of charge if
     you return it postmarked within 3 days of receiving it.

When will my return be processed?
     Most returns are processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt. We will send a confirmation email when your return
     has been processed.
